CITech partners with Microsoft to provide clients with licensing and support solutions for both On Premise and Cloud services.  We are Office 365 Trusted Advisers for our clients , insuring high level support for critical business services and applications.

We partner with multiple Hardware vendors to provide high level support.    We utilize our partnership to gain additional knowledge of products, trials, extended support and lower pricing.   Partnerships include HP/HPE, Lenovo, Sonicwall, Watchguard, Polycom

CITech engages in partnerships with multiple channel partners to provide services to our clients such as Disaster Recovery, Ticketing System, Password Management, AntiSpam/Phishing/Virus, Monitoring, Management and Reporting. 

 Though our primary focus is IT Services, we do resell product in order to provide our clients with discounted pricing.    We work with several distributors,  with access to experts in all areas, to find the products or services our clients need at the best price. 

As an alternative to a costly on premise phone system, we engage with several vendors that provide Host PBX systems.   This is a great solution for those starting a new business or those needing a change from old phone system.

 To continue our growth in knowledge of the products and services available in the IT realm, we partner with other Associations in discussions and training on products, services, trends, best practices, etc.
